Beloved Sister, in the heart of every woman, hope lives as a longing for goodness, even when the future feels uncertain. And yet, many faithful Catholic women quietly carry the ache of feeling unloved, unwanted, abandoned, or alone.

We ask the deepest questions of the heart—Who am I? Why does this pain remain? Where can I find true peace?

The answer is not out of reach. It's found in Jesus Christ, who reveals the Father’s love and restores right order to the heart.

A Journey of Restoration in Right Order

The Way of Invitation

This is a formal invitation to a structured, guided coaching experience—a premium, community-supported curriculum designed to help you move from where you are to the truth that you are a beloved and favored daughter of the Father.

This is not a sales page. It's a presentation of the hope-filled path ahead, so you may discern whether you are ready to cooperate with the grace necessary to restore right order in your life. Spes non confundit—Latin for “hope does not disappoint or put to shame”.

yes, i want to apply

We follow The Way of Invitation—my signature enrollment process that's clear and deliberate. Joining is not impulsive or transactional; it's a grace-filled way of discerning, applying, and entering into our community with peace.  Each woman is invited to pause and prayerfully consider whether God is calling her here. It's also a response to Christ’s gentle call into deeper restoration, identity, and right order.

We follow His own pattern: “Come and see” (John 1:39). Never pressured. Always invitational. Always clear.

His Heart, His Mind, His Daughter® is a community-powered transformational coaching course within the Favored Daughters Community, created for Catholic women who carry the weight of past wounds and long for restoration in Christ.

This journey is for you if:

As you read this, something within you quietly recognizes your own story, take that seriously. It may be the beginning of discernment.

  • You notice unhealthy relational patterns — people-pleasing, feeling invisible or lonely, or struggling to set and keep boundaries that honor your dignity.

  • persistent sense of being “too much” or “not enough,” living beneath shame rather than in the light of truth.

  • You feel interior fatigue — your mind and heart cluttered, pulled in many directions, making it difficult to hear God clearly or trust your own judgment.

  • You long for real, Christ-centered community — walking with other women in honest sharing, prayer, and mutual support that strengthens virtue and hope.

Who This Journey Is  For

"God does not ask for perfection, but for trust.
He invites you to ask, to wait, and to listen—to discern with Him, not apart from Him. You are His daughter."
—Crystal Hernandez

Taking Your Place as a Daughter of God — Communion & Mission
Finally, healing becomes integration as you immerse yourself more deeply in the life of the Church, abiding in Christ’s love, and allowing it to take root and flourish within you. Through the Sacraments, prayer, and real communion with others, your identity is no longer fragile or merely theoretical; it becomes incarnate in the way you live, relate, and serve—no longer striving to be loved, but as a daughter who knows she already is.

Living in Right Order — Cooperation with Grace
With identity grounded in Christ, you begin practicing freedom by allowing that truth to flow into how you think, feel, and live. This module strengthens your will through grace-led effort. You learn to move from reactivity to receptivity, to reorder relationships, and to integrate faith into daily life. Effort is reordered — away from striving and toward cooperation with grace. This is where habits begin to change.

Behold His Love — Identity Given

You begin by learning to see again. Through Scripture and the Church’s wisdom, you receive the truth of your identity as a beloved daughter — seen, known, and unrepeatable. This module renews the mind by gently exposing distorted thinking and restoring clarity rooted in truth.
You learn to recognize the voice of Christ and respond with trust.

Our signature course, His Heart, His Mind, His Daughter®, follows a deliberate progression:

  • You begin by receiving truth.
  • You learn to cooperate with grace.
  • You step into communion and mission.

This is not self-improvement. It is the steady restoration of right order in your interior life. Women learn, share, and pray together as they walk toward healing and restoration in Christ.

The Journey You’ll Take:
Beholding → Right Order → Communion & Mission

At the heart of Favored Daughters is my online course,
His Heart, His Mind, His Daughter® — a guided, group-based transformational coaching course for Catholic women that is:

  • structured
  • time-bound
  • coaching-oriented
  • grounded in a Catholic understanding of the human person
  • designed for lived change through ordered practice, not emotional processing

This course forms the foundation of the journey. It's designed not just to inform you, but to reshape how you live, choose, and relate in daily life. The community and coaching rhythm exist to help you apply what you are learning in real time. Alongside the course, you receive:

Live Coaching & Office Hours
Ongoing guidance and support to help you clarify, apply, and reinforce each week’s teaching in your real-life circumstances. The goal is integration — not information.

Circles of Communio
Facilitated small groups where spiritual friendship is practiced— learning to speak truthfully, listen attentively, and grow in charity together.

Restorative Practice Library
Including A Spiritual Discernment Prayer Journal for Catholic Women, other related spiritual discernment resources, and guided practices that help you cooperate with grace daily.

Healing does not unfold in isolation; it unfolds in rightly ordered relationship. In Favored Daughters, our union with Christ becomes the source of our union with one another. Spiritual friendship is not incidental here — it is one of the ways grace restores what has been wounded.

We do not withdraw into ourselves to heal. We learn, instead, to re-enter relationship in a way that is rightly ordered:

  1. With God the Father, as we grow in love, trust, and obedience to His will.
  2. With Christ and His Church, as we abide in the fullness of truth and grace through the Sacraments and the Church’s teachings.
  3. With one another, as we live out our vocation to love and serve, reflecting the communion of the Body of Christ in our ordinary relationships.

Communion, the Heart
of the Journey

Here's What You'll Receive:

Transformation does not happen through passive consumption. You are invited to:

  • participate regularly
  • share brief reflections tied to the week’s focus
  • encourage others
  • remain present enough to contribute to the shared experience

You are not expected to:

  • share your full story
  • disclose sensitive personal details
  • give advice or coach others
  • engage beyond your capacity

This is not about performing. Honest, responsible participation is important, therefore, extended disengagement can disrupt the mutual nature of the experience for you and others.

Your Role in the Community

This is a group-based coaching experience. Live gatherings occur on a predictable schedule for:

  • clarification
  • shared reflection
  • reinforcement of the week’s teaching

These are not therapy sessions or personal processing spaces. It is not a support group, or spiritual direction.

You are not coming to be carried.
You are coming to actively cooperate with grace through a a clear coaching path that supports real change over time.

Private, ongoing 1:1 access is not included. Questions are brought into shared spaces so the whole group can benefit.

If you desire individualized, private coaching, that is offered separately.

Each week follows the same predictable time.

Monday:
One pre-recorded lesson is released inside the course
  • Teaching is pre-recorded.
  • One primary truth is presented.
  • One concrete focus of practice for the week is given.

During the week:

You intentionally apply that truth into daily life.
  • Reflection is simple and directed.
  • Regular participation in the community is expected as part of the coaching experience. Brief quiet periods are normal. Extended absence without communication is not.

This course is not self-paced. Participants are accompanied and directed through a structured, intentional process rather than left to go it alone. Consistency matters more than intensity.

This course is best viewed as a rhythm to enter, rather than something to consume. Growth comes through steady participation. Here is what a normal week looks like:

How We Walk Together

About Your Guide

The Process:
 An Invitation to Mutual Discernment

Because our community is built on trust and a commitment to right order, we don’t rush decisions; we give you time and space to listen to the Lord and to your own heart, and we do the same on our side. Both you and our team actively discern if this is a good fit, so the “yes” is mutual, peaceful, and freely chosen.

Discern – Pause to pray and reflect on whether God is calling you to this path.

Apply – Share your heart and your hopes through a simple application.

Interview – We will then meet for a personal conversation to listen for where the Lord is at work in your story; this is not a moment of decision or judgment. It's a shared time of seeking God’s will together.

Accept – If, through our conversation, it seems the Lord is inviting you to continue, you will be warmly welcomed to join. You will then be encouraged to take another prayerful pause, confirming your “yes” in the peace of the Holy Spirit before moving forward.

Pay – Make your investment with clarity and peace.

Enter Community – Step into Favored Daughters to begin your journey of belonging and restoration.

From a young age, I searched for belonging and peace. Growing up in foster care left me with wounds of abandonment and the ache of feeling unloved. Even amid professional success, I carried hidden loneliness and struggled to believe in my worth...

Then grace broke in. In a profound encounter, I came to know God as my loving Father. In that moment, I understood that I was created with intention and unconditionally loved. This gift of spiritual daughterhood transformed my life and set me on a path of healing and peace. His Heart, His Mind, His Daughter® was born from that grace—to guide other Catholic women who carry similar wounds.

Beloved sister, perhaps you, too, have felt unseen, discouraged, or weighed down by self-doubt. You may wonder if you will ever feel secure in God’s love or free from the negative thoughts that steal your peace. Please know you are not alone. Through this journey, you will be invited to encounter Christ more personally and to grow in the freedom and confidence of living as God’s beloved daughter.

Your healing is God’s work, but it begins with your yes. In this community, you are not a project to be fixed—you are a beloved daughter with immeasurable worth. This is your invitation to receive the peace, joy, and mercy of the Father's heart, ever-flowing to you in the Sacred Heart of Jesus!

From Orphanhood to Daughterhood: My Story,
Your Invitation

This journey requires your time, your effort, and your willingness to persevere through the honest work of growth. Healing is never forced; it is a free response to Christ’s invitation of love.
