Crystal Abraham Hernandez is a psychotherapist–turned–transformational coach, specializing in helping Catholic women rediscover their dignity, identity, and mission as beloved daughters of God. Through her signature course His Heart, His Mind, His Daughter®, her guided journals, and the Favored Daughters Community, she offers a clear, grace-filled path for emotional healing, spiritual renewal, and right-ordered living — all through Christ and rooted in the teachings of the Catholic Church.
Crystal's work is dedicated to the healing and grace Christ alone makes possible: a healing that restores the heart, renews the mind, and re-orders the will toward God in love. She accompanies women who feel unseen, discouraged, or burdened by the wounds of mother loss or poor mothering — women who long to know the Father’s merciful love and live confidently as His daughters.
This is a new chapter in her life — one where she's called to help Catholic women find restoration at the deepest level: in their identity as beloved daughters, their communion within the Body of Christ, and their relationship with the Father through Christ and His sacraments.
A Moment of Grace That Changed Everything
Like many women, Crystal carried hidden pain for many years. Growing up in foster care left her with deep wounds of abandonment and the ache of feeling unloved and unwanted. Even with professional success, she struggled beneath the interior weight of loneliness, self-reliance, and striving.
Everything changed at seventeen.
In a moment of profound grace, Christ revealed the Father’s personal love to her. The truth that she was intentionally created, deeply known, and unconditionally loved shattered the lies she had lived under for so long. That moment began a lifelong journey of healing, renewal, and interior transformation. Through Christ, she discovered the truth at the heart of her life — that she was the Father’s beloved daughter — and nothing has been the same since.
This gift of spiritual daughterhood became the foundation of her healing, her mission, and the work she now shares with other Catholic women.
Crystal spent 17 years as a marriage and family therapist, working extensively with women and families who carried deep emotional wounds — often shaped by experiences of domestic violence, childhood neglect, or emotional abuse — all of whom were seeking healing and hope. Later, she served over four years in nonprofit executive leadership and consulting, guiding organizations that supported vulnerable women and children.
Yet, in prayer, she sensed the Lord inviting her into a new chapter — one where she would help Him restore His daughters at the deepest level: in their identity, belonging, and relationship with the Father through Christ.
Crystal answered that call.
As a spiritual daughterhood coach and founder of the Favored Daughters Community, she now accompanies Catholic women in healing the interior distortions left by wounds of abandonment, mother loss, or emotional neglect. She helps them recognize and reject the lies that keep them bound, receive the Father’s merciful love through Christ, and take their rightful place in the communion of the Church.
Unum est Necessarium
Favored Daughters is a coaching community dedicated to advancing the triumph of the Kingdom of Christ through personal transformation within a fully Catholic framework in the hearts of Catholic women. It is a place where women receive:
• Teaching rooted in Scripture, the Catechism, and Catholic tradition
• Coaching support that brings clarity, encouragement, and practical guidance
• Circles of spiritual friendship (communio)
• Healing practices such as spiritual discernment, Marian devotion, and journaling
• A safe, confidential place to grow in truth, virtue, and emotional wellbeing
• A lived experience of daughterhood in Christ
This community is where women learn to hear Christ’s voice as the Good Shepherd, receive the Father’s love, and walk together as sisters in grace.
Crystal’s mission is simple and unwavering:
To help Catholic women heal, grow in right order, and live in the freedom of being beloved daughters of God — through Jesus Christ, in the heart of the Church. She believes that healing is God’s work, and that when a woman cooperates with His grace, her entire life can be renewed.
Had I chosen to live from the false identity I carried out of foster care, I would not be here today serving others. It was Christ who revealed the Father’s merciful love to me — who healed what was wounded and reordered what was broken. He continues to invite each of us to say our own fiat, to let His grace restore what has been lost, and to live as beloved daughters of the Father."
